Secure payment

After your binding booking, you will receive a written booking confirmation from us by email, which is attached. For longer booking periods of two months or more, you will receive a written accommodation contract accordingly. Please print out this important document or save it on your smartphone.

Please carefully check all the information in the booking confirmation. If we make a mistake, please let us know as soon as possible. We will then issue you with a new booking confirmation.

If you have further doubts about the desired rental property or the landlord, you should make a phone call with us. So you can clarify details and uncover contradictions.

In addition to information about your trip and the booked apartment, you will also find important information about the terms of payment. Our landlords usually require a 20% deposit. If the booking is made within 30 days of the start of the trip, the entire rental amount is due immediately. In addition, many landlords require a security deposit.

For security reasons, please only transfer to the bank account specified in our booking confirmation. If cash payments or PayPal payments have been agreed, you will find more information in the booking confirmation.
