About Alloggia
Welcome to Alloggia – your platform for temporary living and housing solutions in Germany. Alloggia is frequently used by companies, insurance providers and institutions to arrange short-term accommodation – while the actual residents are usually private individuals, families or employees.
Our focus is on the mediation of fully furnished apartments for medium- and long-term stays, for example in cases of renovation, project work, relocation or medical treatment.
All listed accommodations are self-contained residential units with their own kitchen or kitchenette and private bathroom and are suitable as a temporary place of residence.
Company History
Since our founding in 2007 with our own properties in Essen and Bad Oeynhausen (Germany), we have been deeply involved in the market for temporary living and corporate housing.
Starting with classic holiday rentals, we have continuously expanded our services and specialized in the mediation of replacement apartments, employee housing and business apartments.
Today, we cooperate with numerous landlords across all major metropolitan regions in Germany and support both organizations and private individuals in finding suitable temporary housing solutions.

Alexander Klein
As a passionate web developer and SEO expert, Alexander Klein, known to everyone as "Sascha", ensures a high level of visibility for your apartment advertisements and drives the continuous development of our booking portal.
His knowledge and experience in the IT industry, which he acquired while studying economics in Bielefeld and Hagen, was the starting point for developing his own IT projects. In 2012 he founded Alloggia.de, which has continued to develop successfully ever since.
Claudia Schüngel
Claudia Schüngel is our expert when it comes to finding the right accommodation for every guest. Her love of communicating with other people makes her a sensitive host.
Before starting her own business with her own holiday apartments in Essen, she studied agricultural sciences in Gießen and worked for several years as a sales manager in a wholesaler for tea products. Her strong background in sales and passion for hospitality are the keys to our outstanding customer service.
