Alloggia is a German booking platform for furnished apartments, serviced apartments and temporary housing in Germany. Our mission is to provide temporary housing solutions for individuals and organizations – simple, reliable and transparent.

Welcome to Alloggia – your platform for temporary housing and furnished accommodation in Germany. The platform is frequently used by companies, insurance providers and institutions to arrange short-term housing, while the actual occupants are typically private individuals, families or employees.
We specialize in furnished apartments, business apartments and replacement housing for medium- and long-term stays – for example during renovations, project assignments, relocations or medical treatments.
All accommodations offered are self-contained residential units with a private kitchen or kitchenette and private bathroom, making them ideal for a temporary home away from home.
Company History
Since our foundation in 2007, when we operated our own properties in Essen and Bad Oeynhausen, we have been deeply involved in the market for temporary housing and corporate housing.
Starting with traditional holiday apartments, we continuously expanded our services and specialized in replacement housing, employee accommodation and business apartments.
Today, we cooperate with numerous landlords across all major metropolitan areas in Germany and support organizations as well as private individuals in finding suitable temporary housing solutions.
Location
The headquarters and administrative office of Alloggia Apartments GmbH are located in Porta Westfalica. From here, we support customers throughout Germany.

Management Team
Alexander Klein
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Alexander Klein is the founder and managing partner of Alloggia Apartments GmbH and has been continuously developing the booking portal Alloggia.de since 2012.
He studied business administration at Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences and the University of Hagen, graduating with a degree in Business Administration (*Diplom-Betriebswirt*). In addition, he successfully completed advanced training as a Certified Accountant (*Geprüfter Bilanzbuchhalter*, IHK). He had previously laid the foundation for his commercial career by completing an apprenticeship as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant.
Since founding Alloggia in 2012, he has focused extensively on the sectors of temporary housing and corporate housing. His experience as a landlord, operator, and developer of a nationwide booking portal shapes his practical perspective on the German market for temporary housing solutions. In doing so, he prioritizes the needs of business travelers, companies, expats, patients, and landlords.

Claudia Schüngel
Head of Sales
Claudia Schüngel is our expert when it comes to finding suitable housing solutions for private individuals, companies and organizations. In addition, she supports existing partners and is responsible for acquiring new landlords.
Before becoming self-employed with her own holiday apartments in Essen, she studied Agricultural Sciences at Justus Liebig University Giessen and worked for several years as a Sales Manager in the wholesale tea industry. Her many years of sales experience and her passion for working with people make her an important contact for landlords and people looking for temporary accommodation.
