Location
Quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic. In a sought-after residential area on the edge of the forest in Koblenz-Karthause (Karthäuserhof grounds), near the university of applied sciences and the Federal Archives. Shopping facilities (Rewe, Aldi, etc.) are a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away. A bus stop to the train station and city center is just a few minutes away (buses run every 20 minutes).

Upon booking, you will receive a personal digital guest folder with all the information.
The city of Koblenz will introduce a tourist tax/bed tax starting in 2027. We will have to calculate and pay this separately in full. The specific details are not yet finalized.
