The holiday apartment is located in Bergisch Gladbach, near Cologne-Dellbrück, and offers good connections to Cologne and the Bergisches Land region. Cologne Trade Fair and Cologne Central Station can each be reached in approximately 30 minutes by public transport. Cologne/Bonn Airport is about a 25-minute drive away. There is also good access to the A1, A3, and A4 motorways.

Bakeries, supermarkets, banks, doctors, a pharmacy, hairdressers, as well as a swimming pool/outdoor pool and a public playground are within walking distance.

The communal garden offers various seating options and a barbecue area. A sandbox with toys is available for children.

Fast Wi-Fi is available. Pets are welcome. An extra bed or cot can be provided upon request. Smoking is permitted in the covered outdoor area in front of the apartment entrance.

In addition to the rental price, a 5% overnight accommodation tax is levied on the total gross price. This overnight accommodation tax has been collected by the city of Bergisch Gladbach since April 2025.
