Our furnished apartments are self-contained and fully equipped units with a kitchen and a private bathroom. Above all, they offer more space and more comfort than many hotel rooms. Moreover, our apartments are more than just an impersonal place to stay. They are a temporary home.

An apartment is generally understood to mean a furnished apartment that is rented out to guests for a certain period of time for an agreed rental price. Legally, it is furnished living space, which is rented for temporary use (guest accommodation contract / accommodation contract). As a rule, apartments are self-contained residential units with their own sanitary facilities, a self-catering facility and a living and sleeping area. The sanitary area includes at least a sink, a toilet and a shower or bath. Self catering facilities include at least one kitchenette with fridge and sink.

Equipment and quality

Temporary rental of holiday apartments
